In this 2nd part, we will delve exclusively into the world of job opportunities. We will cover topics such as the job application process, how we keep you informed about job updates, and the unique benefits of becoming a part of the Propel Talent Pool.
When it comes to your career needs, you may be wondering why Propel should be your go-to platform for job opportunities. Here are some of the benefits you can enjoy with Propel:

It’s worth mentioning that all jobs on Propel are exclusive to our platform; we collaborate directly with renowned clients such as Mercedes and Orange, and do not recycle job listings from other sources on the internet.
Jobs on Propel are currently shared through 2 channels- community leads and our weekly newsletters. Make sure to keep an eye out for job notifications from your leads and read through our periodic newsletter.
To explore our unique job openings directly sourced from leading global companies, simply log in to apply for a job on Propel!
Here’s how:
Step 1: Login to your Account
Login to your dashboard by either visiting the Propel Community page or using the unique community link shared by your community lead. If you’re unsure about the login process, find a step-by-step guide here.
Step 2: Access Jobs
Access the menu on the left side of your dashboard and click on “Jobs”.
Jobs listed on Propel fall into one of four categories: remote, onsite, hybrid, or relocation.
Remote — You can work from anywhere in the world.
Onsite — You have to be residing in the client’s preferred location.
Hybrid — a mix of onsite and remote work. You’ll have to go into the office for a fixed number of days during the week.
Relocation — you move to the client’s location and the employer may sponsor your move to the desired location.
Step 3: Look through Job Listings
Look through a list of available roles and their requirements. You can also use the filter to refine your job search based on employment type, location, industry and salary range.
Step 4: Review a Job Description
Once you find your desired role, click on “See more” to see additional details about the job. The provided information will include the role, a blurb about the employer, job description, salary and job type. If you meet the requirements and are interested in the job, click the blue “Apply for job” button.
Step 5: Apply for a Job
To apply, upload your CV and click on “Apply now”.
Congratulations, your application has been sent and received successfully! Click “Active applications” to view and monitor progress of the job(s) you have applied for.
Not yet ready to apply? You can also save jobs that catch your attention. Just click the “Save” button (located right below the ‘Apply for job’ button) instead of having to sift through the entire job list.
Within your dashboard, you can easily access all the jobs you’ve saved for future reference by clicking on the “Saved Jobs” button. From this view, you can also apply for the jobs directly. Additionally, you can monitor the progress of all the jobs you’ve applied for using the “Active applications” button.
Typically, you can expect to hear from the talent team within 6–8 weeks, unless otherwise stated.
Joining The Talent Pool
You might be wondering about the purpose of the “Join talent pool” feature and why you should consider it.
The talent pool is designed to provide continuous support to professionals passionate about advancing their careers. Joining our talent pool grants you exclusive access to job opportunities with top companies, often before they’re publicly advertised. It’s a way to reduce turnaround time in your job search and connect you quickly with potential employers across Europe, UK & USA.
Here’s how to join the talent pool:
- Go to your Propel dashboard.
- Click on the dropdown menu located in the upper right part, next to your name or profile picture.
- Select the “Join talent pool” option from the menu.
- Fill in every required field and click “Submit”.
